Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Relationship Officer to join our team in Kendal Boja, Central Java. This role is a cornerstone of our customer‑centric strategy, focusing on building strong, long‑lasting relationships with existing clients and channel partners. As a key member of the sales and credit support functions, you will act as the primary liaison between the company, dealers, and end‑users, ensuring seamless product delivery, accurate credit processing, and timely communication throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively offer company products to existing customers via phone calls, leveraging product knowledge to match solutions with client needs.
  • Secure orders from distribution channels by gathering initial data, performing thorough verification, and preparing complete customer documentation and credit applications.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, coordinating with internal credit teams to ensure timely decisions, and communicate outcomes clearly to dealers and customers.
  • Notify customers of payment due dates, payment locations, and any additional information required for smooth transaction completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, orders, and credit files in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborate with the sales, finance, and logistics departments to resolve any issues that may arise during the order‑to‑cash process.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling additional products and services, contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for service improvement.
  • Conduct follow‑up calls post‑sale to gauge customer satisfaction and address any concerns, reinforcing brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field) – fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Age: maximum 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or credit coordination role; relevant experience will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust.
  • Demonstrated integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty in handling confidential financial information.
  • Valid personal vehicle and an active SIM A/C (driving license) for traveling within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in sales‑oriented management tools, B2C sales techniques, and a clear understanding of sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to be placed in the candidate’s domicile area, ensuring familiarity with local market dynamics.
