Responsibilities
- Design and deliver interactive English language lessons that align with the curriculum and address the specific needs of each class.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including communicative activities, role‑plays, multimedia resources, and technology‑enhanced instruction.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, oral examinations, and project‑based evaluations, providing constructive feedback and actionable improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, and performance reports in accordance with Miracle Education’s administrative standards.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and curriculum developers to continuously refine instructional materials and share best practices.
- Organize extracurricular English clubs, conversation circles, and cultural immersion events to foster real‑world language use.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops, peer observations, and coaching sessions to stay current with pedagogical trends.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills, ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all learners.
- Submit a brief introductory video (maximum 1 minute) in English, outlining personal teaching philosophy and career aspirations.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Age limit: 28 years or younger.
- Fluency in spoken and written English with the ability to teach both grammar and conversational skills effectively.
- Demonstrated responsibility, strong work ethic, and disciplined approach to lesson preparation and delivery.
- Willingness to learn collaboratively, adapt to feedback, and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Female candidates only, in line with the specific placement requirements of the institution.
- Submission of a 1‑minute self‑introduction video in English as part of the application process.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, at the Miracle Education Kampung Kali location.
