Responsibilities
- Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the facility, including cash handling and inventory checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing regular housekeeping tasks.
- Support the logistics team by receiving, labeling, and shelving merchandise according to the store’s management system.
- Provide front‑line assistance to customers, answering queries politely and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to set up promotional displays and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Participate in night‑shift duties when required, including inventory audits and security checks.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to achieve daily operational targets.
- Document daily activities and submit reports using the company’s Store Management System.
Requirements
- Age: Maximum 25 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Marital status: Must be unmarried.
- Health: Physically and mentally fit to handle demanding tasks and occasional night work.
- Availability: Not currently enrolled in any academic program.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Key soft skills: Strong communication, friendly and courteous demeanor, teamwork orientation, honesty, responsibility, and discipline.
- Technical skill: Basic familiarity with a Store Management System or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
