Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high‑quality graphics, short‑form videos, and carousel posts for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Plan and execute photo shoots using professional cameras and smartphones, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and brand consistency.
- Appear on‑camera when required, delivering engaging scripts and participating in behind‑the‑scenes content creation.
- Conduct trend analysis to identify emerging formats, hashtags, and challenges, then adapt them into actionable content calendars.
- Write compelling copy that aligns with SEO best practices and resonates with target audiences across multiple languages.
- Collaborate closely with the social‑media manager, copywriters, and the marketing analytics team to meet weekly and monthly KPI targets.
- Maintain a fast response time to internal requests, revisions, and real‑time audience interactions.
- Optional: Produce simple audio edits, jingles, or background music to enhance video storytelling.
- Document all production processes, archive raw assets, and ensure brand guidelines are meticulously followed.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; minimum education: D3/D4 in Visual Communication, Media Arts, or a related field.
- Age between 20‑28 years.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, or social‑media content creation.
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Strong photography and videography skills; comfortable shooting and editing both on‑camera and smartphone footage.
