Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Production Staff – Process Supervision to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is essential for maintaining smooth, efficient, and high‑quality production operations across our facilities. The successful candidate will be a disciplined, honest, and diligent professional who can thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team. This position requires readiness to be stationed outside the city, working full‑time from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Monitor and control the manufacturing process, promptly identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance teams to guarantee seamless material flow and equipment reliability.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as output, downtime, and waste.
- Train and mentor junior operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and occupational health & safety guidelines.
- Participate in shift handovers, ensuring clear communication of operational status and any pending issues.
- Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives, such as 5S, Kaizen, and value‑stream mapping.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with the warehouse team as needed.
- Contribute ideas for process optimization, cost reduction, and product quality enhancements.
Requirements
- Male applicant, minimum age 18 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Willingness to be placed in a location outside the city and to relocate as required.
- Strong discipline, perseverance, and integrity; non‑smoker.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic administrative skills and proficiency in using standard office software.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 20 kg).
- Zero to two years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting is acceptable; a keen willingness to learn is essential.
