Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, adhering to HACCP and local health regulations.
- Manage inventory of ingredients, conduct daily stock checks, and communicate any shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
- Assist in menu development by suggesting improvements, testing new dishes, and providing feedback on flavor and presentation.
- Coordinate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours, from Monday to Saturday.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee food is served at optimal quality and safety.
- Handle proper storage and labeling of raw and cooked foods to prevent cross‑contamination.
- Participate in regular kitchen briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of food waste, portion control, and daily production logs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 18 – 30 years (no strict upper age limit for qualified candidates).
- At least 6 months of hands‑on cooking experience; preferably 1 year in a commercial kitchen.
