Introduction

PT. Prima Hospitality, a leading player in the Indonesian hospitality sector, is seeking a dynamic Coordinator Executive Operations to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless daily operations across our hotel and resort properties, enhancing guest experiences, and supporting our commitment to service excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational insight, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities across front‑office, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments to ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between department heads, providing timely updates, resolving issues, and facilitating cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and occupancy forecasts, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts, managing attendance records, and ensuring optimal labor allocation during peak and off‑peak periods.
  • Oversee guest complaint resolution processes, ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes while maintaining brand reputation.
  • Support the implementation of new SOPs, training programs, and quality assurance initiatives to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Maintain inventory of operational supplies, coordinate with procurement, and monitor cost‑control measures.
  • Participate in regular audits and safety inspections, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
  • Lead small project teams for special events, promotional activities, or renovation roll‑outs, guaranteeing deadlines are met.
  • Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork, open communication, and professional development among staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in hotel operations, guest services, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Resilience under pressure with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during high‑season periods.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Key skill set: Hospitality service orientation, attention to detail, and basic computer literacy (MS Office, property management systems).
