Introduction

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities across front‑office, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between department heads, providing timely updates, resolving issues, and facilitating cross‑functional collaboration.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and occupancy forecasts, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts, managing attendance records, and ensuring optimal labor allocation during peak and off‑peak periods.
- Oversee guest complaint resolution processes, ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes while maintaining brand reputation.
- Support the implementation of new SOPs, training programs, and quality assurance initiatives to continuously improve service delivery.
- Maintain inventory of operational supplies, coordinate with procurement, and monitor cost‑control measures.
- Participate in regular audits and safety inspections, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
- Lead small project teams for special events, promotional activities, or renovation roll‑outs, guaranteeing deadlines are met.
- Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork, open communication, and professional development among staff.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is a plus.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in hotel operations, guest services, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Resilience under pressure with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during high‑season periods.
