Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant – Financial Management & Reporting to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with a strong academic background (minimum S1) who is ready to take ownership of our company’s financial health, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic decision‑making. Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and relevant regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support business planning.
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities, ensuring timely provision of documentation and implementation of audit recommendations.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and oversee bank reconciliations to safeguard liquidity.
- Lead the preparation of tax filings, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other statutory obligations.
- Implement and improve internal control systems to mitigate financial risk and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations departments to align financial reporting with operational performance.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management for cost‑reduction initiatives, profitability enhancement, and investment appraisal.
- Mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Ensure all financial data is accurately entered into the ERP system and that reporting timelines are consistently met.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Maximum age of 25 years; open to all gender identities.
- Strong foundational knowledge of strategic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- High level of honesty, accountability, and discipline.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic (“NIAT BEKERJA”).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Prior internship or entry‑level experience in accounting is advantageous but not mandatory.
