Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify walk‑in customers, providing product knowledge on all vehicle models and financing options.
- Conduct in‑depth needs assessments to match customers with the most suitable vehicles, accessories, and after‑sales services.
- Prepare and present tailored quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales while adhering to company pricing policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow‑up actions using the dealership’s CRM system.
- Coordinate closely with the service and parts departments to schedule test drives, vehicle deliveries, and post‑sale support.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting, upselling, and cross‑selling.
- Monitor showroom inventory, ensure display vehicles are clean, well‑presented, and equipped with current promotional materials.
- Participate in regular product training, market trend briefings, and sales workshops to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Represent the brand at local events, auto shows, and community outreach programs to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Provide timely feedback to management on customer preferences, competitor activities, and potential areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in automotive counter sales or marketing.
- Strong, professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Target‑driven mindset with a proactive, competitive spirit.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Own reliable personal vehicle and a valid SIM A/C.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
- High level of motivation, resilience under pressure, and a passion for the automotive industry.
