Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our kitchen operations team as Crew Dapur – Anggota Tim Operasional Dapur. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of food quality, safety, and service that our customers expect. Based in Bandar Lampung, the successful candidates will work closely with chefs, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Manage and rotate stock of raw ingredients, ensuring proper labeling, first‑in‑first‑out (FIFO) handling, and minimal waste.
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene practices, adhering to SOPs, HACCP guidelines, and local health regulations.
  • Assist in the daily cleaning and sanitizing of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate order flow, timing, and plating to meet service deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory usage, daily production, and any discrepancies.
  • Support senior kitchen staff in setting up stations before shifts and breaking down after service.
  • Communicate effectively with front‑of‑house personnel to address special requests, dietary restrictions, and any service issues.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on new menu items, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements, cost‑saving measures, and menu enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse team members.
  • Disciplined, punctual, and accountable with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to manage food stock, conduct inventory checks, and report variances.
  • Attention to detail in food preparation, portion control, and presentation.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented kitchen environment.
  • Residency in or near the assigned work location, preferably in Bandar Lampung.
  • Key skills: adherence to hygiene standards, detail orientation, food plating, teamwork, kitchen equipment operation, stock control, and understanding of SOPs.
