We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Crew Kasual (Daily Worker) to join our fast‑growing network of casual dining restaurants located in Solo Raya, Klaten, Sukoharjo, Sragen, and Boyolali. This is an entry‑level, full‑time position that offers flexible shift work—including weekends and holidays—to support the daily operations of our bustling outlets. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, take orders accurately, and ensure a pleasant dining experience through courteous interaction.
  • Assist kitchen staff with the preparation and timely delivery of food and beverages, adhering to portion control and presentation standards.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness in both the dining area and back‑of‑house spaces, including regular sanitizing of tables, chairs, countertops, and kitchen equipment in compliance with local health regulations.
  • Support cashiers by handling payment transactions, issuing receipts, and packing orders for dine‑in, take‑away, and delivery services.
  • Monitor inventory levels of condiments, napkins, and disposables, notifying supervisors when re‑stocking is required.
  • Collaborate with fellow crew members to resolve guest issues quickly, ensuring any complaints are turned into positive outcomes.
  • Participate in brief daily briefings, follow standard operating procedures, and contribute ideas for improving service speed and quality.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including proper food handling, fire safety, and emergency evacuation procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18 – 45 years old.
  • All genders are welcome.
  • No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in Indonesian; ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads (up to 15 kg).
  • Relevant skills such as basic food preparation, restaurant service, or cash handling are a plus.
