Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, take orders accurately, and ensure a pleasant dining experience through courteous interaction.
- Assist kitchen staff with the preparation and timely delivery of food and beverages, adhering to portion control and presentation standards.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness in both the dining area and back‑of‑house spaces, including regular sanitizing of tables, chairs, countertops, and kitchen equipment in compliance with local health regulations.
- Support cashiers by handling payment transactions, issuing receipts, and packing orders for dine‑in, take‑away, and delivery services.
- Monitor inventory levels of condiments, napkins, and disposables, notifying supervisors when re‑stocking is required.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to resolve guest issues quickly, ensuring any complaints are turned into positive outcomes.
- Participate in brief daily briefings, follow standard operating procedures, and contribute ideas for improving service speed and quality.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including proper food handling, fire safety, and emergency evacuation procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 45 years old.

- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in Indonesian; ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads (up to 15 kg).
