Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items according to the restaurant’s standard recipes and hygiene guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service counters, and kitchen workstations throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables, report low stock, and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members to manage peak‑hour rushes, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal waiting times.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, performing regular sanitation checks.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, resolve minor complaints on the spot, and escalate serious issues to management.
- Participate in daily briefings and post‑shift debriefs to share insights and suggest improvements.
- Support promotional activities, such as upselling special menu items and participating in themed events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑25 years old, with a maximum limit of 25.
- Open to all genders; single or not yet married applicants are preferred.
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Basic coordination skills for food and beverage service in a restaurant setting.
