Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous service to all customers, taking orders and answering product inquiries.
- Prepare, display, and replenish bakery items such as breads, pastries, and snacks according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and rotate stock to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety regulations and hospital hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to meet peak‑hour demand, including opening and closing shift responsibilities.
- Assist in the preparation of daily sales reports and communicate any operational issues to the outlet manager.
- Uphold the outlet’s brand image by presenting a neat, professional appearance and following dress‑code standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the employer).
- Prior experience in food‑and‑beverage, preferably in a bakery setting (valued but not mandatory).
- Strong service mindset with a genuine desire to help customers.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday schedule).
- Residence preferably close to the placement location to ensure punctuality.
- Neat and well‑groomed appearance in line with the outlet’s professional standards.
- Excellent teamwork abilities; capable of cooperating with colleagues under pressure.
- Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale and inventory management systems.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a courteous phone etiquette.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
