Crew Outlet Cikarang Graha is a dynamic, fast‑growing bakery and retail outlet located in the industrial hub of Cikarang. We are looking for enthusiastic, full‑time team members to join our front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations. The positions are open for both Cashiers and Bakers who can thrive in a shift‑based, rolling‑schedule environment. Employees work seven days a week with one guaranteed day off, and the role is strictly full‑time – no part‑time arrangements are offered. Responsibilities
Cashier (Front‑of‑House)
- Accept payments from customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Count cash back to verify it matches the total transaction amount.
- Provide product information, pricing, and current promotions to assist customers in making informed choices.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with courtesy and professionalism.
- Process non‑cash transactions, including credit‑card, debit‑card, and electronic payment systems.
- Generate daily financial reports and perform cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized cashier station and comply with all health and safety standards.
Baker (Back‑of‑House)
- Prepare doughs and batters according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Create a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty items that meet our brand’s taste and presentation standards.
- Monitor ingredient freshness, manage inventory, and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Design and decorate cakes and pastries with creativity, adhering to customer specifications and seasonal themes.
- Uphold strict sanitation and safety protocols, keeping the baking area clean and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to ensure timely replenishment of display cases.
- Participate in periodic quality checks and suggest improvements for product development.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Essential Skills:
- Basic math and cash handling for Cashiers.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and electronic payment methods.
- Fundamental baking techniques, ability to follow recipes, and creativity in product decoration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team coordination and the capacity to work under a rotating shift schedule.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Availability to work the defined shift pattern (09:00 – 17:00, Monday through Sunday) with one weekly day off.
