Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Officer Finance – Pengelolaan Anggaran & Laporan to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all bank‑related financial transactions, ensuring accurate cash‑flow reporting, and supporting the company’s strategic objectives. This full‑time position works Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, and offers a collaborative environment where analytical thinking and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Input, verify, and reconcile daily operational transactions, bank mutations, and cash balances using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare, monitor, and present cash‑flow statements and daily bank‑balance reports for senior management review.
- Process all types of payments—including vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and inter‑bank fund transfers—ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Manage the issuance, tracking, and reconciliation of company cheques and giro instruments.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing banking partners, and evaluate new banking services that could benefit the organization.
- Coordinate the administrative procedures for opening, modifying, and closing bank accounts as business needs evolve.
- Compile monthly financial statements, collaborate with accounting colleagues, and support the preparation of audit‑ready documentation.
- Conduct bank‑statement reconciliations to support annual audit processes and identify any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the development and execution of the company’s annual financial plan, budgeting cycles, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis, such as variance analysis, liquidity assessments, and scenario modelling, to aid decision‑making.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects, offering financial insight to improve operational efficiency and cost control.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably SMK/D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of professional experience in Finance, Treasury, or Banking Operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong understanding of bank transaction processes, cash‑flow management, and bank reconciliation procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail, organized record‑keeping, and analytical capabilities.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to converse in Hokkien.
- Demonstrated teamwork, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
- Age not exceeding 35 years; open to all genders.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving financial regulations and company policies.
