Introduction

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our retail team as Crew Outlet Gringging – Penjualan & Layanan Pelanggan. Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations that match their preferences.
  • Processing sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring price tags are up‑to‑date.
  • Assisting with inventory checks, receiving deliveries, and updating the store’s inventory management system.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
  • Participating in daily briefings and team meetings to share sales targets, promotional updates, and store performance metrics.
  • Adhering to company policies regarding hygiene, safety, and dress code, including the option to wear a hijab in accordance with personal or cultural preferences.
  • Collaborating with fellow crew members to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals, offering support during peak hours and special events.
  • Ensuring compliance with loss‑prevention procedures and reporting any suspicious activity.

Requirements

  • Female candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
  • Willingness to wear a hijab or already practicing hijab.
  • Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Residence within the designated store area (domisili AREA PENEMPATAN).
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), Vocational School (SMK), or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of retail management systems is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule availability: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
