We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our dynamic team in Sampit, Kalimantan. This pivotal role supports the Business Channeling function by ensuring that every financing order is accurately captured, processed, and communicated to both internal stakeholders and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in administrative processes, a keen eye for data integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional service, the Administrator will act as a bridge between the order intake channels, credit assessment teams, and field operations, guaranteeing that each application moves smoothly from submission to approval.
Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on all incoming orders generated through Business Channeling sources, ensuring timely acknowledgment and processing.
- Collect, verify, and upload complete consumer and financing‑object data into the ACCTION system, maintaining strict data quality standards.
- Enter order information received via the dicicilaja portal into the system, assigning appropriate reference numbers and status flags.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) outcomes and consumer grading, flagging any discrepancies for further review.
- Communicate approval or rejection decisions to applicants promptly, providing clear explanations and next‑step guidance.
- Prepare and forward survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to facilitate field verification of collateral and borrower information.
- Coordinate closely with the Service Help Center (SHC) to manage ongoing customer cases, sharing updates and resolving any outstanding issues.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records, ensuring compliance with internal data governance and external regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting workflow enhancements and automation opportunities.
- Provide regular status reports to supervisors, highlighting key metrics such as order turnaround time, data completeness rates, and credit approval percentages.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, preferably within finance, banking, or consumer lending.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, database entry, and familiarity with loan management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity when handling confidential customer data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
- Basic understanding of credit assessment concepts such as RAC and consumer grading is an advantage.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
