Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to maximize sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through regular merchandising, stock rotation, and planogram compliance.
- Process transactions accurately using the store management system, handle cash, credit, and mobile payments, and issue receipts.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct routine stock counts, and coordinate with the back‑office team for replenishment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with teammates and supervisors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare daily sales reports, track key performance indicators, and communicate any operational issues to management.
- Participate in regular product training sessions to stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Utilize a personal motorbike for quick errands such as delivering documents, retrieving inventory, or assisting neighboring outlets when required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑35 years old.
- Gender: Female (per local hiring policy).
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- No existing contractual obligations with other companies.
- Own a valid motorbike and possess a clean driving record.
- Residence preferably within the vicinity of the Bantul outlet for punctuality.
- Basic proficiency in store management software and point‑of‑sale systems.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a willingness to learn basic English phrases for customer interaction.
