Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Matematika SMP to join our vibrant teaching team in Muara Enim. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for grades 7‑9, aligning with the national curriculum and school standards.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, instructional materials, and multimedia resources that accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and informal observation, providing timely feedback and individualized support.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance in the school’s digital management system.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, department heads, and administrative staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and school-wide initiatives.
- Organize and supervise extra‑curricular math clubs, competitions, and enrichment activities to deepen students’ enthusiasm for the subject.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievement, behavioral concerns, and strategies for improvement.
- Participate in professional development workshops, faculty meetings, and curriculum review sessions to stay current with pedagogical trends.
- Uphold school policies, ensure classroom safety, and model ethical behavior and respect for all members of the school community.
Requirements
- Female candidates only (as per school policy).
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S.Pd (Diploma in Education) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong command of middle‑school mathematics concepts, including algebra, geometry, statistics, and problem‑solving techniques.
- Creative and innovative approach to lesson delivery, with the ability to integrate technology and interactive methods.
- Prior teaching experience is a plus; fresh graduates with demonstrable passion are also encouraged to apply.
