Responsibilities
The Staff Sales role encompasses a variety of duties that ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent customer experience. Typical responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and providing product recommendations.
- Operating the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital transactions.
- Maintaining store cleanliness, organizing merchandise displays, and ensuring that promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Monitoring inventory levels, restocking shelves, and reporting low‑stock items to the supervisor.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily sales targets and participating in shift handovers.
- Processing returns and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security procedures, including the upkeep of an active SKCK (police clearance).
- Participating in regular training sessions to stay informed about new products, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Working flexible hours, including full‑day shifts, rotating shifts, and weekends, to support the outlet’s operating schedule.
- Collecting customer feedback and communicating insights to management for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the position:
- Gender: Female (as specified by the posting) – however, the role is open to both male and female candidates in practice.
- Age: Maximum 25 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Professional demeanor: Honest, disciplined, quick‑thinking, and responsible.
- Presentation: Well‑groomed and attractive appearance suitable for customer‑facing duties.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Availability: Willingness to work full‑time shifts, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Prior experience in the food‑and‑beverage (F&B) sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Education status: Must not be currently enrolled in a university program.
- Legal: Possession of a current, valid SKCK (police clearance).
- Skills: Familiarity with basic store management systems and a strong orientation toward customer service.
