Introduction
The Manager Operasi Security Perusahaan is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily security operations of a growing corporate client base in Pemalang. This position ensures that all security personnel, procedures, and equipment function seamlessly to protect assets, employees, and visitors. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the deployment of security staff across multiple sites, ensuring optimal coverage during all shifts.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) that align with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential vulnerabilities, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Monitor the use and maintenance of fire safety equipment, including APAR (fire extinguishers), and ensure compliance with the Gada Pratama certification requirements.
- Lead daily briefings and debriefings with security teams to communicate objectives, incidents, and performance metrics.
- Manage incident reporting, investigation, and documentation, providing clear recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical events.
- Oversee training programs that enhance the technical and soft skills of security personnel, including conflict resolution and customer service.
- Analyze performance data, generate weekly and monthly reports, and use insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to shift schedules, including weekend and night rotations, while maintaining workforce morale.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Male candidates not exceeding 35 years of age.
- Experience: Prior experience in a security supervisory or managerial role is highly valued.
- Certification: Valid Gada Pratama certificate and proficiency in the use of APAR equipment.
- Personal Attributes: Well‑groomed appearance, disciplined mindset, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team, strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving capabilities, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Location Preference: Residency in or near Pemalang is preferred to ensure rapid response times.
