The position is based in a high‑traffic storefront where you will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that match their preferences.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the store’s product lines, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, process transactions, and handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues in line with company policy.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and back‑room areas clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff.
- Participate in regular team briefings, share sales insights, and contribute ideas for improving store performance.
- Adhere to shift schedules, arrive on time, and be ready to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Support the implementation of promotional campaigns, price changes, and in‑store events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 25 years old.
- Open to all genders; unmarried candidates are preferred.
- Must not be currently enrolled in a college program.
- Strong personal integrity: punctual for daily prayers and consistent attendance.
- Professional appearance and well‑groomed demeanor.
- Good health and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and communication.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including Saturdays.
- Ability to follow company policies, safety regulations, and store procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English is a plus.
- Customer‑service mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
