Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and answering basic queries about dishes and beverages.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
  • Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, checking that each guest’s needs are met throughout their visit.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and resetting stations between guests.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and bar personnel to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle payment transactions, process cash and card payments, and issue receipts with attention to detail.
  • Respond to guest feedback, resolve minor issues on the spot, and escalate more complex concerns to the shift supervisor.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and personal hygiene practices.
  • Participate in regular team briefings, training sessions, and occasional promotional events to stay updated on menu changes and service protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates of any gender.
  • Age limit: up to 35 years old (flexible based on experience).
  • Basic experience in food and beverage service is a plus, though we welcome motivated newcomers.
  • Strong commitment to a long‑term role within the restaurant.
  • Flexible availability, with the ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Self‑motivated attitude, positive outlook, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are advantageous.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates as needed.
