Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Manager and Director of Photography with setting up and breaking down equipment such as lights, cameras, and rigging systems.
- Transport and organize props, set pieces, and wardrobe items, ensuring they are correctly placed and accounted for throughout each shooting day.
- Support the catering and craft services team by preparing simple meals or snacks, leveraging basic cooking skills when needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Coordinate with other crew members to manage schedules, call‑times, and on‑set changes, communicating any issues promptly.
- Help with crowd control, talent ushering, and general on‑set assistance during both indoor studio shoots and outdoor location productions.
- Monitor equipment for any signs of wear or malfunction and report findings to the technical lead.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks such as running errands, setting up signage, and ensuring that all required permits and documentation are available.
- Adapt quickly to fast‑paced environments, working efficiently under tight deadlines and high‑pressure situations.
Requirements
- Male candidates only; gender specification reflects the current production safety guidelines for this particular shoot.
- Maximum age of 25 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Good physical health – both bodily and mental – with the ability to lift equipment up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Honest, responsible, and highly dependable.
- Strong teamwork orientation; ability to collaborate effectively with directors, camera operators, lighting technicians, and other crew members.
- Resilience under pressure; comfort working long hours and handling unexpected changes.
- Basic cooking or food‑preparation skills to assist the catering team when required.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime for night shoots or weekend schedules.
