Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Funding Officer to join our growing team in Yogyakarta. This role is pivotal in driving deposit growth, managing client relationships, and supporting the bank’s overall funding strategy. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted funding campaigns to acquire new deposit and savings accounts.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate and individual clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting funding activities.
- Prepare and present persuasive proposals, product presentations, and performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, risk, and operations teams to align funding initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly funding metrics, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and portfolio quality.
- Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Organize and attend community events, seminars, and networking sessions to promote the bank’s deposit products.
- Provide timely resolution of client inquiries and issues, reinforcing the bank’s reputation for reliability and responsiveness.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: D3/S1 (any major) – candidates with finance or business backgrounds are preferred.
- Prior experience in banking funding, deposit acquisition, or related marketing roles is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and retain deposit customers, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive, confident, and customer‑focused.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Possession of a valid SIM C driver’s license and personal vehicle for client visits and outreach activities.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak campaign periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM tools.
