We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable crew members to join our team at three prime locations – Plaza Malioboro, Jogja City Mall, and Ambarukmo Plaza. This part‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will interact directly with guests, develop hospitality skills, and contribute to the delivery of an unforgettable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble and serve all menu items, ensuring each dish meets Wingstop’s quality and timing standards.
- Deliver the “Excellent Service” program by greeting guests with a friendly attitude, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation, including equipment, utensils, and surrounding dining areas.
- Follow all Food Safety protocols and the Wingstop Operation Manual to guarantee safe handling, storage, and preparation of food.
- Collaborate with team members during peak periods to manage flow, restock supplies, and support smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist in inventory checks, waste control, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
- Continuously seek opportunities to upsell menu items and promote seasonal promotions.
- Participate in regular training sessions and briefings to stay updated on new products, service standards, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage or hospitality, preferably in a fast‑paced restaurant setting.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with customers and teammates.
- Demonstrated teamwork, reliability, and a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting of kitchen supplies.

- Willingness to work part‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 – 17:00, and to be assigned to any of the three Yogyakarta Wingstop locations.
