As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a meticulous and analytical Staff Accountant – General Ledger & Financial Reporting to join our finance team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements using advanced Excel templates and dedicated accounting software.
- Consolidate financial results from multiple subsidiaries and generate group‑level reports for senior management.
- Analyze profit and loss statements, cost structures, and variance reports to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Present financial findings and strategic recommendations to the parent company’s leadership team.
- Conduct regular stock‑take procedures for inventory and fixed assets, ensuring accurate recording in the ERP system.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, supporting month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including operations, procurement, and HR—to gather necessary data for comprehensive reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, regulatory submissions, and internal audit documentation.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP/SAP modules related to finance.
- Provide mentorship to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Accounting.
- At least 3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or aquaculture environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas).
- Hands‑on experience with accounting software and ERP systems; SAP experience is a strong plus.
- Certified Brevet A and B qualifications are required.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated integrity, dedication, discipline, and a results‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team‑based environment.
