We are seeking enthusiastic, service‑focused individuals to join our crew store team. As a crew member, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience while supporting smooth operations across all service areas.
Responsibilities
- Learn and master each job‑desk within the restaurant, including cashier, waiter, kitchen assistance, and clean‑up stations.
- Perform rolling station duties, adapting to shifting needs and peak‑hour traffic.
- Provide courteous, prompt, and accurate service to guests, addressing inquiries and special requests.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate register balances.
- Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, plating, and inventory replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless communication between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff.
- Participate in regular training sessions, briefings, and performance reviews.
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or hospitality services are welcome.
- Strong communication skills and an active, positive attitude.
- Willingness to work on a shifting system and be flexible with scheduling.
- Open to placement at Tanah Bumbu locations in Batulicin or other provincial outlets.
- Analytical problem‑solving ability, especially in fast‑paced service environments.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Customer‑service orientation with a focus on sales and upselling.
