Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including shelving, displays, and checkout areas.
- Handle product replenishment, stock rotation, and inventory checks to keep shelves well‑stocked and visually appealing.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash and electronic payments, and issue receipts.
- Provide basic food and beverage service when the store includes a café or snack counter, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and forward more complex issues to the store manager.
- Participate in daily briefings, follow company policies, and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal merchandising to drive sales.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent qualification.
- Gender: Female candidates only, as per store policy.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum age limit based on company guidelines).
- Physical: Proportional body posture, good physical stamina, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Health: Physically and psychologically fit; no tattoos or body piercings that conflict with the company’s appearance standards.

- Behaviour: Polite, courteous, and capable of representing the brand positively.
- Willingness to be deployed to locations as required by the company’s operational needs.
