We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as Crew Members at the new Mie Gacoan outlet in Bogor – Gunung Batu. This dynamic role is perfect for recent graduates or professionals with at least one year of experience in the food‑and‑beverage industry who thrive in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments. Responsibilities

  • Learn and master all job desks and station roles within the restaurant, including cash handling, serving, noodle preparation, bar service, dim sum assembly, production line support, and cleaning duties.
  • Participate in a rotating station schedule (rolling station) to ensure flexibility and cross‑training across all operational areas.
  • Deliver high‑quality service to guests by adhering to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to guarantee smooth order flow, timely food delivery, and accurate billing.
  • Assist in daily inventory checks, equipment sanitation, and stock replenishment to support uninterrupted service.
  • Participate in mandatory training programs lasting 3‑6 months, focusing on food safety, customer service excellence, and brand standards.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and a clean work environment, complying with health regulations and the restaurant’s internal policies.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or guest feedback promptly to the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Age: maximum 30 years old.
  • Height: minimum 160 cm for males, 155 cm for females.
  • Education: minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Work experience: at least 1 year in food & beverage, restaurant, or hospitality service.
  • Valid and active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and strong teamwork orientation.
  • Good physical health with no chronic illness that could affect job performance.
  • Willingness to be placed at the projected Mie Gacoan Bogor – Gunung Batu branch.
  • Core competencies: food & beverage coordination, customer service etiquette, quality control of restaurant equipment, and effective team collaboration.
