Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Crew Toko – Penjualan & Pelayanan in the vibrant city of Ambon. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a stable schedule that balances work and personal life.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, labeling items, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Deliver prompt and courteous food and beverage service when required, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Participate in promotional activities, upselling techniques, and seasonal campaigns to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work atmosphere.
- Adhere to company policies regarding dress code, grooming (no tattoos or body piercings visible), and workplace safety.
- Flexibly relocate to other store locations as the business needs evolve.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Proportional body posture suitable for standing and moving around the store for extended periods.
- Adaptability and a positive, well‑behaved attitude toward colleagues and customers.
- Good physical and mental health; ability to lift moderate weights and remain attentive during long shifts.
- No visible tattoos or body piercings; professional appearance required.
- Willingness to be placed at any store location based on company needs.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and teamwork.
- Interest in food and beverage service, with a willingness to learn product knowledge quickly.
