We are seeking a dynamic Host Live Streaming Event Professional to join our vibrant e‑commerce team. This role is at the forefront of digital retail, combining on‑camera charisma with strategic sales techniques to drive product exposure and revenue on leading marketplace platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram. Responsibilities

  • Plan, script, and execute live streaming sessions on multiple marketplaces, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end experience for viewers.
  • Develop engaging rundowns, creative concepts, and themed product showcases that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
  • Utilize Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) and other streaming tools to manage video quality, overlays, and real‑time graphics.
  • Present products with clear, persuasive narration, demonstrating usage, benefits, and key features to stimulate purchase intent.
  • Interact with viewers by answering questions politely, handling objections, and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Monitor live‑stream metrics (view count, engagement rate, conversion ratio) and adjust tactics on the fly to maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure inventory availability and accurate product information.
  • Maintain a professional on‑camera presence, including appropriate attire, makeup, and body language that reflect the brand’s image.
  • Prepare post‑event reports summarizing performance data, audience feedback, and actionable insights for future streams.
  • Adhere to the office‑based work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) while being flexible for rotational shifts on weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent) in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience hosting live streams on marketplace platforms.
  • Proficiency with OBS or similar broadcasting software, including scene transitions and audio‑video syncing.
  • Strong creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas and compelling storylines.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Shopee, and other livestream ecosystems, including algorithmic factors and performance metrics.
  • Excellent public speaking and diction; confident, energetic, and camera‑ready demeanor.
  • Passion for cosmetics, solid makeup skills, and the ability to demonstrate product application live.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills—polite, patient, and accurate when addressing customer inquiries.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, coordinate with cross‑functional departments, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to align with peak audience times.
