Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide accurate information about pawn and loan services.
- Process cash and non‑cash transactions efficiently, ensuring adherence to internal controls and OJK regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, loan agreements, and repayment schedules using our digital system.
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up on pending items to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management of pledged items, performing checks for authenticity and condition.
- Collaborate closely with branch managers and loan officers to coordinate workflow and meet service standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, compliance updates, and best‑practice customer service techniques.
- Ensure the cash drawer balances at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- Promote additional services such as insurance, savings accounts, and financial education programs when appropriate.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by being punctual, disciplined, and ready to assist colleagues during peak hours.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Honest, friendly, disciplined, and highly responsible.
- Strong desire to learn and develop within the financial services industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 21:00).
- Excellent communication etiquette and a proven ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to be assigned (rolling) to various Raja Gadai outlets across the region.
