Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of beauty treatments including facials, slimming sessions, and nail services, adhering to the center’s quality standards.
- Provide thorough consultations and basic education to clients about after‑care routines, product usage, and lifestyle tips that enhance treatment results.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation protocols for all workstations, tools, and treatment areas to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Promote and recommend additional treatments, skincare lines, and retail products that match each client’s needs, contributing to sales targets.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, client record updates, inventory checks, and reporting.
- Participate actively in in‑house training sessions, workshops, and industry events to stay current with the latest trends and techniques.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists, reception staff, and management to deliver a seamless, high‑quality customer experience.
- Handle client feedback professionally, resolving concerns promptly and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Female, age between 20‑35 years.
- Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma in Beauty & Cosmetology (SMK Tata Kecantikan) is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in facials, slimming treatments, or nail services. Candidates without experience may be considered if they possess the relevant diploma and show strong motivation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of beauty consultation, skin care protocols, nail design, and product application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, especially regarding hygiene standards and documentation.
- Flexibility to work shifts between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, with the exact schedule to be discussed during the interview.
