Responsibilities
- Open new customer accounts and keep detailed, up‑to‑date records of all account information.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their data is accurate and their needs are anticipated.
- Diagnose product or service issues by listening to customer complaints, identifying root causes, and recommending the most effective solutions.
- Accelerate corrective actions or adjustments, following through until the problem is fully resolved and the customer is satisfied.
- Compile and analyze customer data to generate comprehensive product/service reports that inform internal strategy.
- Identify and cultivate sales prospects through cross‑selling opportunities, contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
- Provide knowledgeable advice and tailored solutions about the company’s product portfolio, enhancing customer loyalty.

- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document interactions, track performance metrics, and produce regular status updates.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong customer service mindset are encouraged to apply.
