Responsibilities
- Visual Asset Creation: Design logos, branding packages, brochures, posters, banners, product packaging, books, magazines, and social‑media content that align with client objectives and corporate style guidelines.
- Brief Interpretation: Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and product managers to translate raw concepts and marketing briefs into polished, production‑ready designs.
- Revision Management: Incorporate client feedback efficiently, delivering revised concepts until the final solution meets or exceeds expectations.
- Trend Research: Stay current with emerging design trends, color theory advancements, typography innovations, and new software tools to keep the company’s visual output fresh and competitive.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and 3D modeling tools such as 3ds Max to produce both 2‑D and 3‑D visual assets.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with web developers, UI/UX designers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive brand experiences across digital and print platforms.
- Project Scheduling: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct final checks for color accuracy, resolution, and file format compliance before handing off assets for print or digital deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as per company policy).
- At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or corporate marketing environment.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and additional tools such as CorelDRAW, Canva, and 3ds Max.
- Strong portfolio showcasing logo design, branding, print collateral, packaging, and digital/social media graphics.
- Excellent visual communication skills, with a deep understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and layout.
- Ability to interpret client briefs, ask insightful questions, and deliver concepts that align with business goals.
- Good time‑management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑player attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime for major campaigns.
