Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast‑growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are passionate about social media, online advertising, and data‑driven marketing. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social‑media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other ad platforms, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Produce engaging content—including copy, graphics, and short‑form video—aligned with brand guidelines and audience insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click‑through rates, conversion rates, and cost‑per‑acquisition; generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging digital tools.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product managers to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Assist in budget planning and allocation for digital spend, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain a disciplined workflow, meeting deadlines while upholding the highest standards of honesty and professionalism.
- Continuously learn and adopt new marketing technologies, platforms, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Age limit: 35 years old or younger.

- At least 0‑12 months of hands‑on experience in digital marketing; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in managing social‑media accounts and ad‑manager tools (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
