Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral diseases, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform basic dental procedures such as restorations, extractions, scaling, and preventive care with precision and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive measures, and post‑treatment care to promote long‑term dental health.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with health regulations and clinic standards.
- Ensure strict infection control and sterilization of all dental instruments and work areas according to national guidelines.
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to coordinate appointments and manage workflow efficiently.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education sessions to stay current with advancements in dentistry.
- Uphold clinic policies, adhere to management directives, and contribute to a positive, patient‑focused workplace culture.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a dental degree (S1) is highly preferred.
- Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) and willingness to obtain a valid SIP (Surat Izin Praktik).
- Physical and mental fitness to handle the demands of a fast‑paced clinical setting.
- Strong competence in delivering basic dental services and a commitment to continuous skill development.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to explain procedures clearly and comfort patients with empathy and patience.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with adherence to the agreed schedule.
- Open to candidates of any gender; a collaborative and respectful attitude toward colleagues and patients is essential.
- Basic computer literacy for electronic health record (EHR) entry and appointment scheduling.
