Introduction

We are currently seeking a dedicated General Practitioner (Full‑Time) to join our multidisciplinary medical team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing comprehensive primary care, emergency response, and collaborative treatment planning within a dynamic, shift‑based environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up care for adult patients presenting with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
- Participate in the hospital’s emergency department rotation, applying ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) protocols as needed.
- Document all patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes in the electronic medical record system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Collaborate closely with specialists, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals to develop integrated care plans and facilitate referrals.
- Conduct routine health screenings, preventive care counseling, and vaccination programs for the community served by the hospital.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior doctors, medical interns, and nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, morbidity and mortality reviews, and hospital accreditation activities.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of medical advancements, clinical guidelines, and local health regulations.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including night and weekend duties, while ensuring seamless handover between teams.
Requirements
- Medical degree (S1 Kedokteran) from an accredited university.
- Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) valid for practice in Indonesia.
- Certification in ATLS, ACLS, and PPGD (or equivalent emergency care qualifications).
- Maximum age of 30 years at the time of hiring.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical medical practice and patient confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
