Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, anti‑aging, acne‑control, and rejuvenation protocols, using both manual techniques and state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses with diagnostic tools (e.g., skin scanners, UV lamps) to determine client needs and tailor treatment plans.
- Provide clear, empathetic consultations that educate clients on skin conditions, product usage, and post‑treatment care.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards, ensuring all tools, workstations, and treatment rooms are sanitized before and after each client.
- Monitor inventory levels of skincare products and treatment supplies, placing orders as needed to avoid stockouts.
- Train and mentor junior estheticians, sharing best practices in technique, client interaction, and product knowledge.
- Assist the management team with developing new service menus, promotional packages, and seasonal campaigns.
- Document client histories accurately in the digital system, ensuring compliance with data‑privacy regulations.
- Stay current with industry trends by attending workshops, webinars, and product launches, and bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Participate in a mandatory three‑month training program in Serpong to master the brand’s proprietary protocols.
Requirements
- Female, minimum age 24 years; maximum age 35 years.
- At least 2–3 years of hands‑on experience as a professional beauty esthetician.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) with a focus on cosmetology or related beauty studies; additional certifications are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, common dermatological concerns, and the ability to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a warm, friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Professional appearance, hygienic work habits, and a commitment to upholding the brand’s service standards.
- Proficient computer skills for scheduling, client record‑keeping, and inventory management.
- Effective communication skills in Indonesian; conversational English is considered a valuable asset.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to guide a small team and handle occasional conflict resolution.
- Willingness to work a six‑day week, 8‑hour shifts, typically from 09:00 to 22:00, and to attend the initial 3‑month training period in Serpong.
