Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Executive Sales – Business Development and Customer Relations to join our growing team in East Jakarta and the surrounding districts of Matraman, Pramuka, and nearby areas. This role is the frontline of our brand’s presence in the region, representing Honda’s reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through proactive outreach and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business prospects by conducting market research, attending local events, and leveraging the provided exhibition booth and kiosk.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present Honda’s product portfolio—including motorcycles, accessories, and after‑sales services—to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Create and execute tailored sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional activities at the exhibition site.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics using the company’s CRM system.
- Provide timely feedback to product development and management teams regarding customer preferences and market trends.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and team meetings to stay updated on the latest Honda offerings.
- Uphold Honda’s brand standards by wearing the supplied uniform and adhering to professional conduct at all times.
- Work a consistent schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, ensuring reliable coverage of the designated sales territory.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both men and women are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customer segments.
- Demonstrated discipline, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to be based in East Jakarta and the Matraman/Pramuka area.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and a passion for automotive products.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0 years of experience are welcome.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
