Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a proactive Officer Remedial Penagihan to join our Medan office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and ensuring that collections are performed accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities
- Monitor daily A/R overdue portfolio and prioritize collection actions based on risk and amount.
- Contact borrowers via phone, email, or face‑to‑face visits to negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes.
- Prepare and submit timely collection reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators such as recovery rate and aging trends.
- Coordinate with the Credit, Legal, and Sales departments to obtain necessary documentation and support for complex cases.
- Update the internal credit management system with accurate payment status, follow‑up notes, and agreed‑upon terms.
- Identify early warning signals of potential defaults and propose preventive measures to reduce future delinquency.
- Participate in regular training sessions on regulatory compliance, debt recovery techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual collection performance reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to all internal control policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related financial function (experience is a plus, not mandatory).
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the posting.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with credit management software.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office in Medan, aligned with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
