Introduction
PT BCA Finance is seeking a motivated Field Account Consultant to join our dynamic team in the Pekalongan region. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who enjoy direct interaction with customers, have a keen eye for detail, and are eager to develop a solid foundation in credit management and collection processes within the financial services industry.
As a Field Account Consultant, you will act as the bridge between BCA Finance and its borrowers, ensuring timely repayments while preserving strong, professional relationships. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, and requires field visits as well as telephone outreach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive reminder calls and on‑site visits to customers whose payments are past due.
- Observe and document customer behavior, payment patterns, and any extenuating circumstances that may affect repayment.
- Perform detailed analysis of delinquent accounts to determine appropriate collection strategies.
- Negotiate repayment plans, offering solutions that align with both customer capabilities and BCA Finance policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards.
- Collaborate closely with the branch credit team, legal department, and senior management to escalate high‑risk cases.
- Provide feedback to product development and risk assessment teams based on field observations.
- Uphold a professional, courteous demeanor at all times, reinforcing BCA Finance’s reputation for customer‑centric service.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4/S1 (any major) with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Open to fresh graduates who demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the current posting.
- Possession of a valid SIM C and personal motorcycle for field mobility.
- Residence within Pekalongan or surrounding areas, with willingness to be stationed at the BCA Finance Pekalongan branch.
- Excellent communication skills, both persuasive and empathetic, to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple delinquent accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations, specifically UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 on Personal Data Protection, and agreement to comply with BCA Finance’s data handling policies.
