Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Penjualan to join our expanding team in Kota Pariaman. This role is integral to our channeling strategy, working closely with the Sales Head Channeling to drive revenue growth, cultivate new business relationships, and manage the credit application lifecycle for our durable‑goods and financing partners. The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong sales orientation, capable of balancing target achievement with exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Execute the sales process in line with the directives of the Sales Head Channeling, consistently aiming to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new order sources, including AXI agents, retail shops, durable‑goods merchants, and other Adira Finance channels, while nurturing existing partnerships.
- Gather and verify all required documentation for consumer credit applications, ensuring completeness, authenticity, and compliance with internal policies.
- Enter accurate initial data into the company’s CRM and loan processing systems, maintaining data integrity for downstream underwriting.
- Conduct on‑site assessments (taksasi) of assets to be financed, obtaining approval from the Sales Head Channeling before proceeding.
- Perform field surveys of prospective customers, record findings, and upload detailed reports into the application platform, adhering to regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to relay market feedback, helping refine product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, provide progress updates, and contribute ideas for improving sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a well‑organized pipeline, forecasting sales opportunities and reporting key performance indicators to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Male candidates only; age not to exceed 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in consumer finance, durable‑goods, or channel sales.
- Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport with merchants, agents, and end‑customers.
- Attention to detail for document verification and data entry.
- Ability to conduct on‑site asset assessments and produce clear, concise survey reports.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales management software; basic computer literacy is essential.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Flexible schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
