Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Field Asset Management Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Rokan Hilir. This role is essential to maintaining strong relationships with our customers while ensuring timely collection of overdue payments. As the front‑line representative of the company, you will conduct daily visits to client residences, guide them through modern payment methods, and compile accurate reports for management. The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and provides a clear pathway for professional growth within the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Perform on‑site billing visits to customers whose payments are past due, ensuring courteous and professional interactions.
- Conduct daily field visits across assigned territories, verifying contact information and updating client records in real time.
- Prepare detailed daily activity reports that include visit outcomes, payment commitments, and any issues requiring escalation.
- Educate customers on using mobile payment platforms, assisting them in setting up and completing installment transactions.
- Coordinate with the central collections team to reconcile received payments and update the accounting system.
- Identify and report patterns of delinquency, providing insights that help refine credit policies and risk‑mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring it is equipped with necessary documentation, a mobile device, and safety gear.
- Adhere to all company policies, including data privacy, anti‑fraud measures, and health‑safety regulations during field operations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Age: Must be 30 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Gender: Male candidates only, as stipulated by the current operational requirements.
- Experience: Prior experience in debt collection, field sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Licenses: Valid Indonesian driving licenses for both motor vehicles (SIM A) and automobiles (SIM C).
- Residence: Must be domiciled in Rokan Hilir to ensure rapid response times.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with mobile payment applications, basic computer literacy for reporting, and good command of Indonesian language (both spoken and written).
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, high level of integrity, excellent time‑management, and the ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area, carry a small toolkit, and conduct visits in varying weather conditions.
