Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our dynamic restaurant team in Palembang as Staf Pelayanan Restoran (Full‑time). Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and ensure timely delivery to the kitchen.
- Assist in the preparation and arrangement of dining areas, including setting tables, polishing silverware, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, promptly address any concerns, and coordinate with kitchen staff to resolve issues.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of utensils, glasses, and dishes.
- Collaborate with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen crew to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Participate in shift briefings, share feedback, and contribute ideas for improving service quality.
- Maintain inventory of service supplies (napkins, condiments, tableware) and notify supervisors of replenishment needs.
- Follow all company policies regarding uniform, attendance, and professional conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food‑service environment is mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Residency in Palembang or willingness to relocate.
