Introduction
The Field Collector – Wilayah Klaten is a pivotal role within our expanding credit and collections division. Based in the vibrant Klaten region, the successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between our company and its customers, ensuring timely repayment of outstanding balances while maintaining a professional and courteous relationship. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers throughout the Klaten area to initiate and follow up on debt collection activities.
- Negotiate repayment plans that align with both customer capabilities and company policies, striving to recover the maximum possible amount.
- Collect payments directly from customers, ensuring accurate cash handling and receipt issuance.
- Prepare detailed visit reports, including payment status, customer feedback, and any obstacles encountered.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the company’s CRM system, logging each interaction and updating account information promptly.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly collection targets set by the supervisory team.
- Identify high‑risk accounts and provide early warnings to the risk management department.
- Collaborate with the local sales and service teams to resolve disputes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 7:59 PM, allowing flexibility for travel within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only (as per current operational policy).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in collections; 2 years preferred.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle.
- Thorough knowledge of the Klaten area, including key neighborhoods and commercial zones.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations diplomatically.
- Excellent time‑management and self‑discipline to work independently on the field.
- Proficiency in basic office software for report preparation and data entry.
- Physical stamina to travel extensively and spend considerable time outdoors.
