Introduction

We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to join our dynamic team as Store Crew in Sorong, Papua. This entry‑level position is perfect for recent graduates or candidates with at least one year of experience in the food & beverage industry who are eager to develop a versatile skill set across multiple restaurant functions. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy interacting with customers, and be willing to learn every aspect of restaurant operations, from cash handling to kitchen prep.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and master all job desks and positions within the restaurant, including cashier, server, noodle station, bar, dim‑sum, production, and clean‑up areas.
  • Perform rolling station assignments, ensuring seamless coverage during peak hours and shift changes.
  • Provide friendly, accurate, and prompt service to guests, handling orders, payments, and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all work areas, adhering to company SOPs.
  • Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and basic food preparation tasks as directed by the shift supervisor.
  • Participate actively in on‑site training sessions and continuous learning programs to improve service quality.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or guest concerns to management immediately.

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 30 years; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
  • At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or customer‑service environments (experience may be substituted with strong motivation and willingness to learn).
  • Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Good physical health with no history of chronic illness that could affect job performance.
  • Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) with no criminal record.
  • Willingness to work a 6‑day shifting schedule with one weekday off and to attend mandatory store training.
  • Flexibility to be assigned to any station, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
