Introduction
We are seeking a talented Professional Photographer to join our creative documentation team. This full‑time role is based in our modern office and will focus on capturing high‑quality images for a variety of projects, including corporate events, product launches, marketing campaigns, and social‑media content. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented visual storyteller with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and post‑production polish.
Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and execute photo shoots for internal and client‑facing projects, ensuring all creative briefs are met.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to understand visual objectives and deliver images that align with brand guidelines.
- Operate DSLR, mirrorless, and specialty cameras, as well as lighting equipment, to capture sharp, well‑exposed photographs in studio and on‑location environments.
- Perform end‑to‑end photo editing using Adobe Creative Cloud tools—including Photoshop and Lightroom—to enhance color, contrast, and overall visual impact.
- Maintain a well‑organized digital asset library, tagging and archiving files for easy retrieval by cross‑functional teams.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging photography techniques, and new software updates to continuously improve the quality of deliverables.
- Assist in the creation of visual content for social media platforms, ensuring each image is optimized for different screen sizes and aspect ratios.
- Provide on‑site support during live events, capturing candid moments while adhering to schedule and confidentiality requirements.
- Prepare and present final image sets to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
- Maintain and service camera equipment, ensuring all gear is clean, calibrated, and ready for use.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
- Gender: Female (per company diversity policy).
- Age: Up to 27 years old.
- At least 1‑2 years of professional photography experience, preferably in a commercial or agency setting.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Lightroom, for advanced image editing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles – from portrait and product photography to event coverage.
- Excellent knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and composition principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interpret briefs and present concepts.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend assignments for special events.
