We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join the Waiters – Tim Layanan Deresan team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent high‑school graduates or students who are eager to start a career in the hospitality industry. As a member of our front‑of‑house crew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests while working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, guiding them to their tables and presenting menus.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate any special requests to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients, allergens, and daily specials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, clearing used dishes, and resetting for the next guests.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow waitstaff to coordinate service flow and resolve any issues quickly.
  • Handle payment transactions, process receipts, and ensure correct change is given.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing concerns immediately and escalating when necessary.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper handling of food and beverages.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs to share feedback and improve service quality.
  • Assist with inventory checks of tableware, linens, and service supplies, reporting shortages to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; currently enrolled college students are also welcome.
  • Age limit: 24 years old or younger.
  • Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this specific shift.
  • No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Strong personal integrity: honest, disciplined, and punctual.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse staff.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for up to 6 hours per shift.
  • Flexibility to work the designated shift of 16:00 – 22:00, Monday through Saturday.
